Kanika Malhan is the bridge between clients and the members at Oakwater Wealth Counsel. She provides administrative support, engages with clients in a welcoming manner, and plays an integral role in building relationships with clients from the beginning stages of their process.
Kanika has a Bachelor in Communications from Simon Fraser University, which contributes to her people skills. Kanika describes herself as self-motivated, which allows her to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while being timely and efficient in her work. Her self-motivation and work ethic helped her move up with the company in a short period of time, an accomplishment she is exceptionally proud of. Being proactive and expanding her skills is essential for Kanika, as is being a team player. What she loves most about her job is that there’s always something to learn, and it never gets stale.
Someone close to Kanika would describe her as genuine, a go-getter, and ambitious. Kanika can be found jogging or exercising when not in the office.
