As Executive Assistant and Director of Operations, Carmen Kalantzis has many roles at Oakwater Wealth Counsel including office administration and management duties, as well as event planning. Carmen’s assertive, efficient, and friendly nature enables her to foster client relationships and recruit new members to join the team.
What Carmen loves most about her career is that it’s challenging. There’s always a new goal to achieve and a task to accomplish. She uses her previous life and professional experiences to further her work, and is inspired by the people she meets on the job.
One of Carmen’s most defining professional moments was when she worked for a recruiting firm in Greece, and was given the opportunity to run all three branches of the firm and provide marketing for clients. Carmen learned Greek for the job, which shows her perseverance and dedication to her work. She believes you can do anything once you set your mind to it.
In her free time, Carmen loves entertaining and spending quality time with family, cooking delicious meals, and attending the theatre.
